Saving Money on Wedding Flowers
August 21, 2009
Flowers can be a simple and straightforward way to make your marriage ceremony something really special.
These beauties of nature are a typical decoration item for each marriage. In fact, regardless of what style or wedding theme you are planning, most brides will insist on flowers as the core of the wedding decorations. Aside the church most brides also plan flowers for the reception centerpieces and bridesmaid and bridal bouquets.
The simplest way is to keep your floral costs down is to hold your marriage in the season when live plants are plentiful. This way you can pick them yourself (if you know an avid gardner) or get less expensive costs from a wholesale florist center.
If you’re holding your marriage near to the reception location, you can reuse the same flowers at both locations. A great tip to reduce costs is to use tall palms which you can sometimes get cheaply at grocery stores or home improvement centers. This can make a huge visual statement. Another idea is to use balloons, ribbons or cut branches to spruce up the hall without
turning to costly flowers.
