HIIT Workout Makes Perfect Gift

If you are looking to lose weight in a hurry and don’t have a lot of time each day to work out, then you might be a good candidate for HIIT workouts. HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. So with this method, you work out at high intensity for short bursts of time and then bring down the intensity for longer periods of recovery.
Studies have shown that the ‘after burn’ impact of high intensity interval training is much higher than with traditional cardio. In fact, you can even exercise for much less time and still end up burning more calories because the calories burned post exercise are more than what you may have achieved during a longer, moderate workout.
